All of our Coaching and Guiding sessions are bespoke to the individual or group so no two sessions are the same.

Introductions

Before setting off, we will ask you about your current riding experience, your goals and any specific areas that you would like us to focus on. This will enable us to tailor the coaching session to your needs.

Trail Safety Briefing

Mountain biking has the potential to be a dangerous sport. Knowledge of safety whilst out on the trail is therefore vital, so we will provide a briefing on mountain biking’s unofficial version of the Highway Code.

Bike Safety and Setup

To ensure a safe and comfortable ride, your qualified coach will guide you through a bike safety and setup check and explain how to make your bike best suit you and the trail.
